We have a fair number of Illinois parks mapped but have a lot to go.  We also have collected maps and info for many Illinois riding locations from many sources and compiled the info here for your convenience.  We always recommend whenever possible you visit the State or National parks site for the most up to date and accurate info. The info below is provided as a convenient starting point in your planning.

Illinois Trail Riders - We highly recommend the Illinois trail riders organization. Illinois Trail riders is a non-profit trails advocacy organization dedicated to helping horse people keep existing equestrian trails and camping facilities in Illinois. They create the Illinois Trail Riders Handbook of Trails, Camps and Services. If you ride Illinois you want this book!
