Use a large set of calipers, (or bend a wire coathanger into a
large "U"-shape) and adjust it so it pushes your
ears to your head.
2. Remove and measure the space between the
arms of the "U", straight across.

Repeat
1 and 2 but measure and record forehead to back of head.
4. Next, put a straight edge across the top
of your head
5. Measure down from straight edge bottom to
your shoulders
6. Remember to include in your info if
you wear glasses when you fight and whether I need to allow
extra room for your nose. Do not include space for padding. I
will add room for padding, 3/4" on all sides; unless you
specify you want more or less padding.
