Giant City State park
 One of the best camping horse trails in IL. 12-mile loop trail that are open from May 1 to October 31   Electric and water close to all spots. Decent shower and bathrooms in the horse campground. Nice tie ups in each Rv style camping spot. Trails have many beautiful rock formations and ledges and ride under into cave formations. Trails well marked. Picnic area part way around trails. Nice lodge in other part of park that serves good food. Possible to ride to lodge and leave horses tied up while you eat.  At the back of the campground is a trailer parking area for day users.
